LIFETIME WARRANTY

lifetime-warrantyYour Joseph Aviv jewelry is designed and made to exacting quality standards and is warranted against any imperfection in design or workmanship. Any piece not meeting these standards will be repaired or replaced without charge within our 3 day return policy.

A Lifetime Limited Warranty Certificate is issued to all of Joseph Aviv products and warrants the following:

•Joseph Aviv will be responsible for replacing or repairing lost stones at any time.

•Joseph Aviv will size its rings up one size down at no charge.

•Joseph Aviv will charge shipping and insurance for priority overnight via FedEx.

Warranty does not apply to the pieces that have been given repairs or sized by bench jewelers other than the Gem Line’s, to merchandise that has been abused or damaged due to accidents and/or negligence, nor to “close-out”, discounted merchandise.


EXCHANGES AND RETURN

Exchanges can be made within a (6) months of purchase and must be made within category of merchandise. Two times the amount of the given credit must be purchased at the time of exchange. (Exchanges are subject to prior authorization.)

An authorization is required for all merchandise being returned for warranty. To receive a return authorization number a Return authorization form must be filled out.

Returns will only be accepted if returned within (3) three business days of purchase.

*NOTICE – Keeping pricing discrepancies and/or photos issues to a minimum is a top priority for Joseph Aviv. However despite our best efforts pricing and/or photos misprints may occur.

 

PAYMENTS

Joseph Aviv accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:

  • American Express
  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • PayPal

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order. Joseph Aviv accepts payment with electronic checks from your checking backing account.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Joseph Aviv gift certificate is not valid to shop online.

Gift certificates may be redeemed only by phone at 1-800-231-3130 for purchases within the U.S.

Not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law. For questions, call 800-231-3130. JosephAviv is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates No refunds will be given for Gift Certificate. Terms are subject to change.

ORDER CANCELLATION You may cancel any Joseph Aviv order as long as the order is still in process before 3:00pm EST. If order status is "shipped," it can be canceled. However, a 25% cancellation fee equal the total value of the canceled order will apply.
